Good value and comfortable

I felt the fixtures and fittings will not stand the test of time. They will start to show signs of wear and tear quite quickly. I noticed this with the sliding door to my wardrobe.

The breakfast was incredibly nice and had plenty of food.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were attentive. Breakfast selections were decent and fresh. The location was excellent, close to the historic center. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel decoration is amazing. It is a truly a state of the art contemporary fascinating interior design. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly & very helpful at all times. The hotel is spotless & looks Shiney even inside the elevator.

There is no room service. No iron at the room, you have to use a general iron at a room in the 1st floor.

Nice concept of Novotel! You have your own kitchenette to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. There is also a microwave present. The room is very modern and spacious with a couch and table. Luxurious bathroom! In 5-10 minutes walking distance you are in the city center. There is a big spacious parking underneath the hotel. The beach however is on the other side of the city center. About the staff: Friendly, honest, helpfull !!

The hotel benefits from an really good location, just a short walk to the historic center and the train station. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped mini kitchen, and excellent cleaning services. The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the eco-friendly glass bottles provided for water refills.

I found the breakfast prices a bit high.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms well designed and perfectly clean, bathroom and shower facilities excellent for me who has mobility issues. Excellent location near shops, buses and rail station.

Our stay unfolded uniquely. The suite was spacious and cleverly designed for three, coupled with a separate toilet-a true advantage. The location allowed us to explore the old town easily, but breakfast turned out more basic than expected. Unexpected cleaning issues may warrant attention. Still, the friendly staff was great.

Absolutely fantastic! Located in the city centre, just 5 minute walk to the main strip and still quiet and relaxing. So far the best accommodation we've been to! Thanks again!
